My first LINES

My life has always been connected with the sea. It's my playground, my therapy and it was my livesaver when I lost my dad at the age of 19.

I surfed my first LINES in Zandvoort as a kid. We are blessed to live here with ever changing conditions for surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, SUP and other water sports. I have surfed at the most beautiful places in the world, but it's always about the people. In Zandvoort we have a great surf community: I call it the Dutch Navy. We share our passion on the water and take care of each other. We respect the ocean and the beautiful nature around us.

My dad was a great artist and waterman. When he died in 1993, my creativity stopped. 28 years later I stumbled across an old folder with my logos and designs: My first LINES.
